My visit was short, as I was only passing through, so can’t really comment on surrounding areas to the Hotel. The room was ok and luckily I had a travel wash bag, as no disposable tooth brushes were supplied in the room. The breakfast was ok, with bread cheeses, fruit and local delicacies.

A good place for one night

When staying at Radisson Blu one expects a certain level of service. Not a lot of English was spoken at reception and the breakfast was probably not as good as one would expect. Very comfortable beds and a nice room with a view. Location not great for a tourist wanting to see the old city.

Resepsiyon calisani cok yavas ve cok terbiyesizdi. Insanlarin namus bekciligini yapacagina, isini yapsin. Radisson blu bu tarz calisani pek haketmiyor. Such a pity that, radisson blu has a receptionist, who is very disrespectful. Radisson blu should be ashame that, they have a receptionist like that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from the front desk team—Aziz, Sinan, and Omer. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Aziz was fantastic in helping me navigate the city, providing great recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Sinan was always there to assist with any requests, from ordering food to ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Omer's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel right at home. Their friendliness and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience, and they truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for the comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but for the amazing team who makes sure you have a great time!

Smelly spa

Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. I specifically chose the 'pay at the hotel' option, so that we could pay separately for each room. The hotel spa was cold, dirty and incredibly smelly, and the jacuzzi didn't work. The pool was fine, but you had to walk in your wet bathing suit through the lobby where all the staff were wearing their winter coats (it was freezing) to get to the saunas and the changing rooms. Just terrible! I was so disappointed. Also, there were not bathtubs in the rooms even though the description said as much. However, the room was spacious and relatively clean; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of foods.

Otele girişimizden çıkış yaptığımız vakte kadar ilgi alaka dört dörtlük diyebilirim. Odalar hem geniş hem çok temizdi. Personel bayram kalabalığı olmasına rağmen işlerini layığı ile yaptılar. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Check-in sırasında resepsiyonda çok bekledim ve valizlerimi kendim taşıyarak odama götürdüm. Suit odada kalmama rağmen temizlik kötüydü, banyo pis kokuyordu,perdeler vs. Kötü olduğu için içeri güneş ışığı giriyordu. Ayrıca pencerelerin izolasyonu berbat olduğu için yolun tüm gürültüsü içierideydi ve sabaha kadar uyuyamadım. Kısacası berbat bir konaklamaydı
