"During our stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Hinton, we had originally booked for two days. After the first day, we had to cancel the remainder of our trip due to a family situation. We requested a refund for the unused night, and the manager was very understanding and kindly processed the refund. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We greatly appreciated their compassion and excellent customer service during a difficult time. Highly recommended."

"I asked the front desk person if the room was a non-smoking room and he said yes. I arrived past midnight and was already tired and needed a place so I stayed.
