"Very impressed with this hotel. Room was large and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved sitting up on the rooftop in the evening. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. My only criticism is that they need more seating for the breakfast service. I will definitely stay there again."

"Tenía mucha ilusión de visitar el hotel por su hermosa historia, el lugar es magistral, su estructura me encanta, el diseño lo continúan conservando en casi todas las áreas. "This is great hotel nestled in de middle of Old San Juan. Very short walks to famous San Sebastian street and key landmarks. Great comfortable rooms. Extra clean and excellent service from staff. The only grievance is if arriving by own car the entrance to the street is complicated and the nearest parking is off premises. Nonetheless, would stay again."

"The property is phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and the communication was pretty prompt. I loved how each of the rooms has their own bathrooms, but the shower pressure was not working on the top floor bathrooms. I did notify the owner and they said they will have it repaired. We left before someone came to repair the showers. Location is great, we walked to everything we needed and wanted to visit. The property definitely has an Old San Juan charm. Just beautiful! "

"From the start, it was a wonderful experience. We were met at the door by the hotel manager as we pulled up. He brought us in and reviewed the amenities and rules, while we sipped on mimosas. "The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot."

"We liked the location was in the middle of everything and made for cheap Ubers to old San Juan and condado and La Placita. We felt the hotel was very modern and the room size was nice. However, there were some inconsistencies with the cleaning and we had a minor issue with the AC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "

"The property is high up into the mountains and it took about 48 minutes to get there The place was super clean and in great shape. The only issue was the toilet didn’t work great and they tried to repair it. The people in the area are very nice and you always feel safe.
