"Hotel Nikkon Overall, the hotel was good, it definitely looks like a five star hotel, lobby was great. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful when checking in. The room was cleaned, but a bit worn out. Update needed A Must …!!! Since we had three people checking in they provided us with a roll-up bed, that’s a plus …!!! Also, they had a really nice pool, but not much views tho. During our check out, a manager approached to us to apologized about the disappointment we had of our room when I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars on the expedia survey for hotel check in, because the room was a bit of worn out. Their sincere apology was very genuine and noted that they were going on renovation for the building and in the near future everything will be better. In the end, he gave us a little sweet treat as a gift and a card in return. To end this, I suggested everyone should write a honest and respectful reviews of how the hotel shown so your voice could be heard and recognized in order for them to have improvement. I would say this hotel really stood out with their level rating and the acknowledgment for their guest . "

"Excellent location for HCMC, most things worth doing in district 1 are within walking distance. Rooms were kept very clean and the staff is very kind. Would book again!"

"As a quick stay prior to a very early morning flight, it works perfectly. Situated just outside the airport entrance, it is extremely convenient with excellent airport shuttle service. The check in staff was extremely helpful. For more than a 12-24 hour stay, I cannot recommend it."

"The place was clean overall, nice shower and not a wet room like other places. Fine for a 3-4 night stay but had signs of minor water leakage near the outside area door\skirting. Lack of soundproofing means some road noise still comes through and I was on the 20th floor. While there are pots\pans, there was no utensils for any sort of cooking so a little pointless."
