"Expedia or this hotel needs to get their schedules accurate. I booked this for 2 movies on Expedia but the room was only available for one night and was only told when I arrived. The staff is still fairly new because I was given a key to someone else's room. It was embarrassing to walk into a room with someone else staying there."

"I had the one bedroom apartment. It is spacious and the floor was clean. The hotel is well located if you want to explore downtown. Bathroom is a tad small. Having a washing machine is a great addition. Anyhow, the apartment smelled moldy and the air cleaning device the hotel had placed inside was overwhelmed. Being able to open the balcony door did alleviate the problem a bit, but as the bedroom window could not be opened, it was not possible to get rid of the smell. I could not get another...

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon

10/10 Cemerlang
"Stayed for a night after visiting Danang. I was surprised I had booked a 5 star hotel. The room was smaller than other places but well equipped. Although the window faced other room entrances there was enough light in the room. The shower area design was odd and the shower immediately flooded the sink area even with the door closed. Otherwise everything worked well. The breakfast was the highlight with lots of international options but less so in local food. Coffee was average compared to the excellent choices found in the country. Location was good as it was opposite the main market. Being in a touristy area, prices and exchange rates were very high, so make sure you bring more local currency. Credit card payments carry a 3% additional charge."
