"Would 100% book this property again. At arrival, the staff was so friendly. They even gave my daughter a goodie bag and the dog even got a doggie bag! The text system was so helpful and appreciated as I was able to extend my stay and get answers right from the pool area! The property is very clean. The arcade & movie room are awesome amenities for the kids. Pool is also great. Zero complaints. Great place for a great price!"

"I booked a standard king room, which was more expensive than the standard room with two double beds. When we arrived, we were given a room with two double beds instead. Since we are a couple, we prefer to sleep together, and I specifically paid more for the larger bed. I called the front desk, and the response was, “No, you booked the cheapest room. We don’t have any king beds available.” I did not book the cheapest room, and I found the tone unnecessarily condescending. I decided not to argue...
