"The property is located at strategic location but severely constraint by amenities- no car park, paid car park is away from hotel. Hotel staff didn’t tell all the information during check in that paid car park rules, breakfast, no room service, no reception contact from room. If I knew these constraints I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. There is better options available for the same price.,the rooms are very small."

"Room was clean and comfy, however we arrived, keys didn’t work, I booked a twin room, but it was a double, told no twins were available,when in the first room, the window wouldn’t shut, so we were moved to a smaller room. Continental breakfast was terrible, consisted of ham, beef, cream cheese, initially no bread, but some was brought (sliced)and pastries came, when we were finished, coffee when it arrived was like tar. Staff were friendly and helpful"

"The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. She greeted us as we arrived and made sure we knew everything about the place and gave us help to find anything else in the city. The room was quite spacious and had an actual King size bed.
