"Whe I checked in, the room was initially not well cleaned and the towels that were given to me were astonishingly dirty. This is not my first stay at the property and this was an unexpected disappointment. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant, Origins, were poorly trained. Staff were getting orders wrong and many did not even know the items being offered at the restaurant. Some even had an impediment of speaking English or communication. That is not even to mentioned the lack efficient and...

"Something really upsets me. I have stayed in your hotel at least 5 times and my comments are NEVER taken into account. Like having tissues at the reception for sweating customers. Like your overpriced breakfast, which empties the lounge of customers who go to have it in Time Asma…"

"Staff wonderful, breakfast varied, plentiful and tasty. Balcony, where I enjoyed my breakfasts, is in a good situation overlooking marina.
Hotel very handy for marina mall and metro.
I felt that the room was really designed for a business traveller in it's layout, but I was comfy enough.
What would stop me from using the hotel again would be the road and construction noise. Neither of which can be improved upon by the hotel, but, unfortunately, lack of sleep had a big effect on my holiday."

"I was a little disappointed in my stay. The website advertises a spa and a roof top bar with great views, both are not open.
The food choices were really unexpected for a 5* resort. We were on the all inclusive package and the choices were terrible. We had to buy lunch from the pool bar daily and go out for dinner every night.
The website failed to mention that there were building works to the front of the building, they start at 6:30am and finish at midnight.
A disappointing stay overall"
