"Excellent accommodations, especially for the cost. Large, nicely appointed room. Extremely helpful staff. Restaurant was satisfactory. No other customers on the premises, which seemed a shame. Hotel is short walking distance from the town center."

"I was not able to stay there as they had no electricity while the weather was 52 degrees. I had to go and pay for a different hotel. A refund would be the right thing to do ."

"Nice, comfortable, very clean hotel, just a short distance from the center of town and sights of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps not entirely accustomed to dealing with tourists. Wi-fi in the rooms wasn't as strong as it could have been. Overall, though, a good choice."

"In this hotel, there is a big problem in confirming the reservation and receiving the room. Although all the reservation procedures on my part were normal and the payment was made and confirmed, but the receptionist refused to confirm the reservation. She said that what she had was a reservation from another company in my name (Booking) and that I did not pay and that she replied to them that there were no rooms. If I had not called the number on the hotel.com page, I would not have received the...

"I greatly enjoyed my stay in this hotel as the staff were polite and provided an excellent service."

"Average Stay - Decent, but room for improvement Overall, my stay was okay and met basic expectations. The location was convenient and easy to find, which was a plus. The room was acceptable and reasonably clean, though some amenities felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The staff were polite, but service efficiency and response time could definitely be improved. Breakfast options were simple and acceptable, but lacked variety. It is a decent choice for a short, budget-friendly stay,...

"Great staff, good breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms"

"Extremely disappointing experience. Cleanliness: Absolutely zero. Floors: Filthy; walking on them leaves the soles of your feet pitch black. Bedding: Crumbs and food leftovers were left on the bed. Mirrors: Covered in such a thick layer of dust that you can barely see your reflection. Bathroom: Extremely dirty, with a foul smell wafting from it. I will definitely never stay here again."

"Scammers.... the booking and payment have been done online, when I arrived there they said that they did not receive any payment and I have to pay in cash. I showed them the receipt from Expedia but they did not care and they said they do not deal with Expedia at all!! Very aggressive reception,"

"A Wonderful 3-Day Stay at Hocine Hotel, Constantine My wife and I stayed at Hocine Hotel for three days, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and good facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere after spending the day exploring beautiful Constantine. The hotel is also a good choice for couples, with a relaxing environment and...

"Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. "
