"There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. A member of staff told us they would provide an additional fan, so we went to reception to ask. We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available.
