"We loved our stay! Reception staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so clean & cozy. Although we saw guests at breakfast, we never heard anyone…very quiet. Location was just perfectly walkable to everything and very safe. "

"Very welcoming staff. They were all nice and kind, sharing a lot of places to visit. Cleaning was done every day. The bus stop was near the property which makes it much easier to roam around central florence. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this place."
