"No problems getting into the property - good communication from the property in advance and responsive to enquiries. Room was well equipped- kettle and fridge, hairdryer, small safe in the roomy wardrobe and room for my case to stand around. TV (no English stations). WiFi . We're all a bit used to fancier bathrooms in even cheap hotel chains and the shower stall in the room could do with a refresh but it was all clean and the shower was good and hot and worked well. It was a room at the front...

"Solo woman traveler here. Felt very safe. Loved the convenience and options of breakfast every morning. The garden is lovely and wished I had spent more time there. The room was nothing fancy, but my time there was great. Thankfully nobody was staying next door to my room because the last night I was there I could hear furniture moving, loud conversations bc the walls were paper thin. Thankfully I had ear plugs. Beds are not very comfortable but w all the walking, had no trouble sleeping....

"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat!
