"We loved the spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, friendly and helpful staff, refreshing pool and close to green spaces of University of Indonesia. Since it's on a major street (Margonda) there were so many shops amd restaurants nearby, and a big mall as well."

Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this property at all costs.
I booked this place through Expedia and was never able to check in. The property requires you to use a third-party app (Travelio) just to access your room — but the app does not support international numbers, making it impossible to complete check-in.
There was no staff onsite, no clear instructions, and the only phone numbers provided were either virtual or led to automated systems. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t...
