"CNGでホテルの前に着いた時の印象では、大丈夫かな…と若干不安になるような感じでした。 しかし、中に入るとニコニコしたスタッフさんがウェルカムドリンクで迎えて下さり、とても感じが良かったです。英語も全く問題なく通じ、とても丁寧な対応にこちらも思わず微笑んでしまいました。 ただ、夕食や朝食は時間通りにはまず来ないので、頼む際には十分時間に余裕を持ってお願いしたほうが無難です。"

"グルシャン２の近くで治安は比較的いい場所にある。レストランやスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内で、便利である。客室は清潔に保たれていて、シーツや枕カバーは毎日交換する。浴槽があり、給湯、エアコンは完備されている。Wifiは利用可能。全体に設備は少し古いが、その分、部屋代は安いし、不都合な場合は、部屋の変更、機器の修理の対応はよい。"

"市内観光のためにホテルの方にタクシーをご用意してもらったのですが、色々案内してくれ、また観光地以外のところの説明もしてくれました。 買い物の時も横を歩いてくれて、支払い時はお金の計算を代わりにしてくれ、ぼったくられてないか確認してくれました。 フロントスタッフはみんな、日本語を覚えては、日本語であいさつしてくれました。 ホテルのレストランは衛生的でお料理も美味しかったです。 ホテルに対しては大満足ですが、 エクスペアディアのページについてはすこし残念でした。 所々日本語訳が間違ってるんではないかと思います。"

"I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room."

"This is the best hotel in Gulshan. The staff is amiable. My stay was pleasant, and the staff was caring and friendly. My room was cleaned every day. The breakfast selection was terrific, with lots of options. I will say it again: the staff was really caring, and I 100% recommend this place. It is very close to shops and restaurants."

"Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable and every staff member was always happy and eager to assist. Highly recommended! "
