"Staff did all they could under extreme pressure on sunday morning this was due i believe to the hotel being full due to a large wedding on the Saturday Some items ran out initially with a few mins wait but were replaced asap"

"Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries.
