"Our group came in late but the staff was on top of the check in process and got our bags to our rooms immediately. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with an upscale apartment feel. They are generous with providing high quality filtered water and soda in the free minibar. The location is convenient to everything. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul."

Lovely restaurant staff. Rooms small but extremely clean and well decorated. Recommend a rooftop dinner. Galata area is the best location to explore Istanbul (Istiklal Street up behind the hotel is 2.5 km of endless interest, easy access to Blue Mosque etc. via walk or public transit)."

Cons: Outdated, had a better glorious past: - floor heating was on all the time, controllers didn't really work.
