"Room was clean and staff friendly. TV only had 2 channels that worked and when you flush the toilet the bedroom walls shook as if something was going to errupt from within. Breakfast was a disapointment and not worth. It was meant to serve until 10:30 but at 9am it was like locusts had attacked. Whilst hot food did eventually get restocked the pastries etc didnt. "

The experience was disappointing from arrival: waited ~15 minutes outside due to lack of staff support and found access confusing with multiple locks. The listing was misleading—what I expected to be a self-contained apartment had key facilities (sofas/TV) in a communal area, and the room itself was very small. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
