"The employees barely spoke English. The language barrier was very overwhelming. They have a prison glad to communicate after hours including sliding a tablet under the window for signature. Property has roaches. We killed 2. Air and bugs coming in from under the door. Had to use a blanket to keep it/out. Was switched to another room after the roaches incident. Same issue. Remote controls had no backs. Tubs were moldy looking. 7 car police activity at the office. Seems like an area for a lot of...
