Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock
10/10 Excellent
"From check in to check out, a positive experience. Courteous staff and a nice breakfast made it all the better. Room was clean and ready for guests. Atmosphere clean and nicely updated as well. This is a true Comfort Inn. "
"The staff was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, and pool area looked clean and organized.
TV was frustrating a little and then went out of service but that was a directv issue.
Note when booking, this is a valet parking hotel. Arrival line was a little hectic as it is a small area."
"Room and hotel spotless. The staff that checked us in was fantastic. The only complaint is the breakfast really needs improvement. Well worth the money."
