"Very good quality hotel. We stayed in the upgraded rooms. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Duomo. Parking garage 2 minutes away 28 euro a day. If you drive there by not electric car you will pay 7 euro a day tax. Breakfast is good but pricy, you can eat out cheaper, roof top restaurant is good , but pricy as well. Over all is a very good hotel."

"The entire interaction was pleasant! Staff at the front desk were professional and kindly helpful and the breakfast staff were also kind and helpful. I am grateful for the assistance and the fact that most everyone spoke excellent English to lessen my concerns on my limited Italian. Location was also very good near the Metro snd Central Train Station. I definitely recommend this property, especially for solo women travelers."

"The front desk staff at night were wonderful, but on the contrary, those working in the morning were rather unpleasant. We were entitled to a room upgrade but they refused to give it"

"The room was beautiful and spacious. We had the superior suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable but do watch for the wooden corners, my husband clipped it while walking around the bed. The view from the room was not great as you looked into an alley between two buildings. The view that stated that you can see the cathedral is over rated. You needed to go up to the lounge on the 6th floor and look out of one window at an angle to see it. The hotel was conveniently located near a large number of restaurants and shopping. We were less than a 10 minute walk from Duormo square and the cathedral. The breakfast was available for a fee, €25 per person."
