"It had average reviews online but our room had chunks of blinds missing so that others could easily see into our room, no trash can, the tv remote didn’t work, the floors were dirty, the shower water was freezing, the toilet lid had #2 residue, and there was a condom wrapper behind the radiator. "The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. The reek of marijuana and the stench of mildew"

It was decently clean, but there were spots in our bathroom where the ceiling was cracked or peeling, the acrylic in the bathtub was peeling, the room was decently clean aside from that. The beds were actually decently comfortable, however there were barely any TV channels or anything to watch during our stay while in our room. Other than those few issues, it was a decent stay."
