The location allows a very short walk to Ford Field, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, and plenty of other businesses and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! "We enjoyed the quiet luxury of our room and bath, and the beauty of the entire house. The breakfasts were tasty, prepared by the very friendly chef. Excellent coffee, too. We lounged a bit in all the common areas and enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and fireplace. It was such a treat to stay in this unique, lovely place."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The parking spot was right next to our room. The inn's location is nice, close to downtown. Founders Brewing is also close by. We felt safe. The icing on the cake was Mona's hospitality. She was always available and willing to please. Her breakfasts were delicious. Lots to do in Detroit. We'll be back."

"The Roost is a VERY cool update on a classic Detroit property. The rooms have character with a capital C, and aren't your standard hotel space. From the moment you enter the lobby, you realize this is something quite different. Once there, you're in the heart of Detroit, with easy walking to tons of restaurants and the downtown, including Woodward, concert venues, and Comerica Park. Excellent. We'll be back. "

"Clean and spacious apartment hotel with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. Dining options limited in the immediate area, but coney island and other options available within a 7 to 10 minute walk. Casinos within a 12 to 15 minute walk. Only issue was, their was no TV in the bedroom. Large TV in the living room with Roku channel load. I will definitely stay here again."

"This property was pretty great. I wish I would’ve known about the code ahead of time. We showed up a little late and I don’t know how I didn’t get the code but thankfully they had a security guard there and they helped me figure everything out. Overall, it was a great day. We stayed for my birthday and she didn’t even wanna leave the little apartment because she said it felt so comfy and was cute. We were able to easily walk to Little Caesars Arena for a concert… And the Detroit Tigers baseball...
