"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. "Arrived late so can’t say my review is comprehensive nor entirely unbiased. That said, arrival was smooth at 1 am. Check-in was uneventful and the room was clean (and large) upon entry. One mishap was I thought I reserved a room with a king bed (solo traveler) but ended up in a suite with 2 queen beds. As for breakfast, it’s included in the nightly rate. Line-up of options is decent. Usage of paper plates requires you be a bit more thoughtful on how much food you carry in one go."
