"Our check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looks clean and the kids staying here seem to love it! It was quiet at night and they have blackout curtains which are super helpful. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious enough to hold my belongings. I would have preferres more towels but the staff was accommodating when i requested more. The showers were nice but not fully enclosed so be careful of the water spray as it will get all over the bathroom floor if you're not careful. I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was close to the museums, San Servacio church and all the shops."

"Our stay could not have been any better ... Our room was spacious and clean and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs providing clean towels and other amenities daily ... Every member of the hotel staff we interacted with was amazing always personable ... courteous and helpful ... We enjoyed dinner in each of the hotels three restaurants all of them were excellent and a unique culinary experience in it's own way ...
