"Great location next to shopping area. Breakfast can have more varieties. I can smell cigarettes in the hallway of the floor where I stay and also in my room. The smell was cleared on the second and third day of my stay. Staffs were great and very helpful."

"Nicely atyled room"

"Excellent. Thanks. Very Kind service. Good location"

"The hotel elevator is too small, and there's only one. The waiting time for the elevator is quite long."

"The hotel is new as it just open for business this year. However the up keeps seems to be a bit behind may be because there are buses and buses of tourist occupying the hotel during my stay. The staffs are great and extremely friendly. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is abundance but again there are lots of people during breakfast time. Location is excellent. I would recommend this hotel at Altay."

"Staff was friendly and helpful"
