"Nice hotel in heart of Birmingham. Close To nice restaurants, sites, etc. Room wasn’t ready as we arrived early so upgraded to a lovely 6th floor suite. All was very nice, comfortable bed, extras in the room. Only complaint was WiFi was weak. "

"Parking was very limited. We found one very tight space after driving around. £15 .00 was expected though. Breakfast was below average. DO NOT TRY THE SCRAMBLED EGG.. It tastes nothing like egg, just powdery and dry (made from powdered egg?). The rest was okay if you don't need a fry up (no other form of egg on offer anaemic sausage). Our rooms were very basic. I travel a lot. £330.00 for two rooms for a night... Not great. "

"Staff really nice no towels in room, rooms clos with heating on. No TV in room you expect paying 60 pounds for a double room there would be a TV for that price I could of booked the Premier inn. Its says on there website site they have a bar but the bar does not have alcohol, a can of coke is 3 pounds its 125 in the shops over all a.rip off"

"The hotel was clean an spacious. Close to the center of Town. I brought a few things to the attention of house keeping and they were rectified. Bed was softer than i would normally like, but the room was a good size and quiet. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay again. As would the friends I was with. "

"The room was immaculate and decent. Location wise it super accessible to the city centre There’s good street parking at the weekend. If you’re staying in the weekday you may need to find a car park. "

"I think its very over priced for what it is. Feels like the rooms need an update. There was no dressing table i had to sit on the floor to use the wardrobe mirror. Pillows too soft. Food in the james martin grill was poor very disappointing. Felt a bit let down as it was a treat for my husbands birthday and our anniversary. "

"Yes the only criticism was on the 15/4/26 in the restaurant they were pretty busy but the service was very slow which was a shame as it was our 48th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing but only having a main meal and dessert in 2 hours was not really acceptable. "

"This is a great hotel in the middle of Stratford. Easy to drive to . The car park was full so we waited and eventually parked. Check in again was easy. Our room was great well equipped with all the usual toiletries etc The bed was very comfy and had a good nights sleep. We went into the bar at night and they served some great local beers and as residents' we received 10% off. Breakfast again was good as it is served at the table. Well presented and well cooked. We would stay there again. Great...
