"Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme. A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! "

"My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and modern, with stylish decor and well-kept facilities. The staff were excellent; friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Food ordered at the bar was just okay, but the restaurant offered a noticeably better dining experience. Excellent free food choice for kids. Parking is available across the road. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gloucester Holiday Inn. The staff at reception were extremely helpful in our first visit to Gloucester. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and beautifully prepared, and the staff very helpful. Our stay was very good, and we fully appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered!"

"Traditional, family hotel. Friendly welcome & helpful staff. Convenient for walking into the town & theatre. Excellent hot & cold breakfasts. Parking available at the hotel ~ £10 for 24 hrs. We stay here every year on our annual trip to Stratford. Good restaurants & cafes close by."
