"We had booked this property as a stayover for my mum who was needing to be at the hospital nearby early the next morning. The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "The safari guide was highly professional and provided very detailed explanations about each animals. He was genuinely attentive and made a real effort to spot animals and guide us closely, which left a very positive impression.
The food was also excellent — delicious, generous in portion size, and very satisfying overall.
The only downside was the tap water (including the shower). The water was quite salty, and even after showering, my hair felt dry and not very refreshed.
