Witzenberg Family friendly Hotels

"We had booked this property as a stayover for my mum who was needing to be at the hospital nearby early the next morning. The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "Such a lovely safari lodge in a wonderful surrounding. The Karoo ist beautiful in spring. Great safari guides with a great knowledge. Beautiful swimming pool area. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We saw a lot of animals and very close. I can highly recommend this place. "

"This was our 3rd visit and the room was very well kept and neat. I cannot recall if there was an iron previously but we did miss this - perhaps a mini foldable ironing board and iron could be provided. The salt and pepper shakers had the wrong contents (salt shaker had pepper in it and vice versa). The privacy screen at the pool looks great.
