"All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. "We were greeted by Chris when we checked in after long day exploring Cotswold. We decided to stay in and booked a reservation for dinner.
