"The hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. The location was so perfect, very central to the Roman bathes and abbey hotel. The only negative is parking was relatively far away, the rooms sometimes required stairs and was difficult to navigate for older people with baggage, and needing the key card for lights was confusing without instructions. Overall, the stay was wonderful!! Definitely would recommend. "

"The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way"

"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at The Old Mill this year. It is still the best double room I have ever stayed in. I needed to get away for some R&R and I feel rested. The views here are spectacular here and I feel one with nature.I will be back again. The staff are very helpful and friendly and this means a lot to me. The breakfast is amazing.
