"This is a time share property. When we checked in, we were made to go to another desk to, "get the keys." Well, surprise, surprise, this was when we met with the "concierge" who was signing us up for a 90 minute meeting for 9 am the next day to learn all about Club Wyndham. We said no multiple times and that was just not acceptable. We only finally got away when I told them we'd go and when they tried to make me sign something saying I'd go, I refused. We had to change rooms on day two because our first room was on the 2nd floor and the floor above us was so squeaky we were all awake at 6 am when the people above us woke up. We also discovered there weren't any pots/pans in the kitchen. The second room was better because we were on the 3rd floor. There aren't elevators so prepare for the squeaky ceilings if you're unable to go up stairs. The property is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do on property. The putt putt course is great and a full 18 holes. I liked that towels were available at the activities center desk and were a decent size for the pool. There are a lot of pools but I wish the hot tub had less kids in it so it was actually possible to get in it. My oldest and my husband loved the giant chess game. We won't go back because of the aggressive attempt to get us to buy into their property but it was a nice place overall. "

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many!! We had no hot water the entire duration of our stay. In fact when the front desk was notified (multiple times, over multiple days), they shrugged their shoulders and said "nothing they could do." Our blinds were broken, the breakfast was mediocre at best, the bath towels were made of sandpaper, and there was an overwhelming smell of mildew/unidentified odor on our room. It smelled terrible and again we were told "nothing they could do." The pool was cloudy, and obviously not clean. And the hotel is located directly in front of train tracks, so you’ll hear that every morning. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. "

"The room smelled really bad when we first walked in. Found the trash can was full (including dirty diapers). The window was left open (assuming they were airing it out). Dishwasher wasn’t emptied as well. The staff handled the issue immediately and we appreciate their efforts. "

"Overall got the job done for a shirt vacation. Room, bed, and property were clean but very outdated. Remodeling was happening, there was a water issue that caused water to be turned off for an extended period of time 2 days, but the front desk kept everyone updated. Breakfast was basic, but still good. STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL, VERY POLITE AND GREETED EVERYONE"
