"The staff were nice, but very inexperienced. Looked like a lot of backpackers getting jobs. Not very enthusiastic about working and in my opinion poorly managed. Yellow water cruise was a highlight with excellent staff."

"Great location. Best possible service, considering remoteness. Impact (of remoteness) mostly felt on the quality of meals (à la carte or bar - did not try buffet). I guess one does not go to Kakadu to eat out; so, in these conditions it is often best to keep it simple and make it good. :-)"
