"This was my second stay here. This time I traveled with my sister, and we were given a room on the ground floor with two very small beds. The room was very tiny and dim lighted. We heard noise from the water pipes all night long from the rooms above and we did not sleep well. We still enjoyed our stay, but it was not as nice as the previous time I stayed."

"The room was clean and great location. My only complaint was the lack of view from the room. On the 6th floor looking into the light well was a bit depressing. Great place do have murals or plants. Something to look at."

"Die Mitarbeiter sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosses Badezimmer mit Dusche war beim Einzelzimmer vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich ausgestattet. Lediglich andere Hotelgäste waren in der Nacht äußerst laut, mit Schreien, Türknallen (eine Türschnalle dürfte sie nicht gekannt haben), etc."

"The staff was extremely helpful and we were able to drop off our luggage before going to explore the city. It was a location out of the way of the city center, but just close enough that we could walk back at the end of the day without being exhausted. "From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
