"At this price point, Hotel Grand, in Samakov, is excellent value. The owner, Stanislav, was very helpful and gave us great service. The room was fine, the restaurant was fine, the bar was fine. There are 4 large supermarkets very near the hotel. We like supermarkets :) We had a great, comfortable stay. Thank you Stanislav and your team :)"

"Würden dieses Traumhotel jederzeit wieder buchen - wunderschöner Wellnessbereich, charmante Zimmer und Essen auf Top-Niveau! Deutsche Fernsehsender für einen kuscheligen Abend wären noch wünschenswert... Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Personal an den Bars und im SPA hängt die ganze Zeit am Smartphone und ist entsprechend unaufmerksam und gelangweilt - ich finde in einem so feinen Hotel sollte man das Handy am Arbeitsplatz verbieten - es gibt genug zu tun! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt - Erholung...

"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner! We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings! Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything! "
