Cari Hotel di Wilayah Paruro

"I was honestly expecting to give them 4 stars when we first arrived but then everything went south. The hotel started doing maintenance work the second day, banging on gas pipes at 11pm and 5am right above our room, and the workers wouldn't stop even after we complained. Then they turned the terrace outside our room into a construction site effectively blocking all access to the elevator and staircase. Again we complained but nothing was done. In addition to that, the rooms are tiny, you...

"Ich habe mich auch beim zweiten Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt! Man kann das Gepäck im Aufenthaltsraum unterbringen, während man mit dem Zug nach Aguas Calientes fährt."

"We had booked a room with a queen size bed, and only ended up getting a double bed for our two nights stay. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The one morning our excursion left at 4 AM. They made sure we had sandwiches and water to take with us in place of the complementary breakfast. Would stay there again, but would make sure we ended up with a queen size room"

"Hotel is located 10 mins ride from popular tourist attractions in Cusco. Uber was available within mins. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."

"Spectacular well run hotel in Cusco. Service was impeccable."

"Clean room and facilities and friendly staff. Great breakfast. However, hot water in the shower was an issue most of the time, which they could'nt fix very easily despite multiple complaints."

"Very cool hotel with lots of character. Location is perfect as it’s a very short walk to the Plaza Mayor. The beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet."

"The crew was excellent But the hotel is very far from life in the center of the country and I really don't know why this hotel is highly rated It was possible to get a hotel in a better situation and a location close to the city center at the same price Before booking, you have to see the hotel well through the pictures"

"Great location. Rooms are spacious and full of amenities."

"El hotel es muy bonito y la habitacion super comoda"

"Great hotel, location was close to the centre and easily walkable. Great amenities, very clean and staff were very friendly. Would recommend"

"I had a wonderful stay at LP Los Portales in Cusco. The location is unbeatable, everything felt clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. I’d definitely come back."
