"I requested a new room after the first room we were given had clearly been excessively smoked in. The carpet and bathroom were both filthy. The front desk staff were apologetic and gave us another room that did not smell. The bathroom was not very clean though and food crumbs all over the corner chair in the room. I did receive Denny's gift cards and a discount coupon which were appreciated. This property is very run down and the pool is currently out of commission which is not mentioned on...

"We did not care for the bathroom and shower area being in 2 separate rooms across the hall from the bedroom. The place was very clean."

"Clean room, nice pub beside hotel, quick check-in, bed was super comfy. Our room had living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom. Blackout curtains were great!!"

"There's no staff at the front desk unless you call them on the phone. No elevators. Had a small kitchenette but very minimal dishes and pots/pans. They did not clean the room my whole stay, which was 5 nights, yet claim there there is housekeeping daily. They claim to be pet friendly but were very annoyed that I had pets with me. They say there are laundry facilities on site, but I was not able to find any. The whole place is in dire need of renovations."
