"This hotel is not at all like the photographs. We had a boarded up door in our room, an air conditioner that wasn’t attached to the window, fan that did not work. Worst of all we had no hot water for 2 days! Our room was not cleaned until day 4, after repeated requests to have it cleaned. The power went out in the middle of the night and the fire alarm was set off. The front of the hotel - the steps are a favourite spot for the homeless to gather. There was good security to get into the hotel...
