"I stayed in one of the rooms near the front of the property, and unfortunately it was quite noisy. I could hear every motorcycle, cars playing loud music, and my next-door neighbors were also extremely loud. I reached out to the front desk via WhatsApp, but the response time was slower than I expected. That said, the hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay overall. Despite the noise, I would definitely stay here again. I would just recommend requesting a room farther away from the front of the property for a quieter experience"

"We had a garden view room with king size bed. Bed was very comfy. The only problem we had with the room was that the clothing storage was limited. There was a wardrobe in which u could hang things and a few shelves but nothing else. The servers, bartenders, and cooks were awesome. Food was always delicious and reasonable. We usually had a bit of the continental breakfast as well as a regular meal. Also enjoyed lunch and dinners Front desk staff was great They also have two lifeguards on staff that were terrific. Very educated and informative about when the sea was not ideal to go onto. There was snorkeling gear available. Several blow up items for the pool or sea. The landscaping was gorgeous. The girl who cleaned our room was awesome Everyone knew our names. They had security at the front gate 24 hours a day. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, the service was exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The restaurant staff were especially wonderful and went above and beyond for our kids, making every meal enjoyable and helping our family feel so well cared for. My family had such a relaxing and restful time. The property is absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful beach, a lovely pool, and stunning gardens that made the experience even more special and the food was excellent! We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return!"

"I love this property. It's one of two places I will stay when I visit. My issue this last visit was with the late night security. I had to reach through and figure out how to let myself in the gate two nights in a row... The first night someone was following me and bothering me and security was just sitting there inside the little hut. When I finally got through I looked to see if anyone was there and he was just sitting there looking at me! The second night, thankfully I wasn't being followed outside, but I saw the security look out the little window at me and still not get up to let me in!! I, again, had to reach through and figure out how to unlock the gate to let myself in. The property is beautiful and when I've eaten there it's been good. They also have beach side security, Mr Michael, who prevent the local solicitors from harassing the guests."

"This the first time my husband and I stayed at Charela Inn but, not our first experience with them. We got married on the property and experienced AMAZING customer service which was why we want to stay here. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in a seafront junior suite which was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The food at the on sight restaurant has delicious and they have some of the most best croissants. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Negril."
