"Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the overhead exhaust fan came on late in the evening and it was very loud. We called the desk and were told there was no maintenance person on the premises and our only option was to move rooms."

"Property needs immediate maintenance. One of the 2 elevators was broken the entire stay causing long delays to get in and out of property
Ice maker on our floor was also broken.
Staff at breakfast bar were unpleasant.
This property is not worth $350 per night.
Very disappointed. Would not return."

"I think for the price I was expecting more. Maid service was upon request as opposed to a daily default. There was no room service. No kitchen other than for breakfast so no restaurant. We had trouble with our remotes but we weren't visiting to watch TV. Parking was very good. The guys were on top of bringing your car up as needed. The staff was friendly although there was more of a bed and breakfast feel than the staff of a major hotel chain."
