"Did not ever receive a ride on the golf carts. Even had to tote our suitcases up the two hills to our room. This is a resort that most definitely caters to the members. We are not members and it was noticeable. The location is great if you love Coki Beach (easy walk over to beach). The restaurant is good, with hefty quantities of food (albeit priced accordingly). The "shows" at night are hit and miss with some being fairly entertaining and others a complete waste. Staff was generally kind...

"Do NOT get the ocean view rooms. They will play loud music til 10-10:30 every night in a big sand pit not 50 yards from the tower you will be in. Beautiful place put this really killed the vibe"

"Could be such a nice property, It’s totally run down, dirty rooms. No beach towels, when request, phone in room didn’t work. Coffee machine dirty, ice machine, dirty. No good restaurant service. Dusty ceiling fan above head. Completely horrible. The best thing and only good thing was the view."

"Stayed here with a friend and i will rate it a 7/10 .. cleanliness could be a better with receiving a semi dirty room. .. from my knowledge there’s no big breakfast but they provided muffins , coffee and lemon water . .. there’s a bar that’s supposed to open at 3 but it can opened at later times depending on the workers (the latest 6:45) and it closes at 9 .. staff was very nice , upgraded my room & places I can go near for either food/ toiletries or nightlife. I love the view with my balcony...

"This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely low-budget and lacks even the most basic amenities you would expect. The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. The bathroom was also poorly stocked no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which is something most places include without question. "The staff is what makes an average Marriot stay great. From the doorman to the housekeepers all were friendly and very helpful. The facility has long distances between the hotel and amenities. The rooms are average and dark, including the bathroom. Tried the Italian restaurant and waited over an hour for the main course. I would not come back."

Second night all 3 rooms had hot water an all six travelers were happy. Restaurant on premises was very good. Breakfast included with room was limited but excellently prepared.
