"Overall, this is a hotel over its star rating. Out of the way of the cheaper town centre hotels. 24hr reception. Easy access to rooms. A bar. A restaurant. Stunning First Class breakfast buffet. Off street car parking (if you time it right). Pleasant & Helpful staff. All in all, a pleasant stay… only let down by idiots staying that feel it’s OK to let doors slam, scream and shout at midnight in their rooms, and a big thanks to the occupant of Room 204 who felt it acceptable to shout ‘GOOD...

"The staff were nice, Joanna that greeted us in particular was great and really good with our young daughter. The room was clean and in good condition. The sofa bed for our daughter was a good size but didn't seem the safest with lots of exposed metal parts which needed covering by towels and anything we had! The breakfast was very good on the Saturday but unfortunately not as good on the Sunday with multiple aspects missing."
