"Bath: tub very slippery w/ no tub mat to prevent slips, toilet lower than elementary school’s, and no grab bars in shower/tub - a health and safety hazard. Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare. I will never consider staying here again, especially at the exorbitant rates you charge. Strong points: staff courteous and helpful 5 stars :...

"This is a very updated hotel in the Virginia vicinity of DC. The room was modern and very clean. It had modern facilities.
However parking relies on a third party app. After a long drive there, I could not get the app to work. It would not take my departure date and time. This caused much frustration and aggravation. They must make it easier to pay for parking or not charge hotel guests! ☹️"
