"Expedia did not identify the superior room that i had booked with Hotel Venice on the Expedia website.
The link in my confirmation email to contact the Venice Hotel directly with questions did not work and they said they never received the 2 emails that i sent .
The room that we were assigned was a small standard room with a single bed.
i went back to the check in desk after seeing that there had been a mistake. Fortunately we had arrived early and they agreed after 30 minutes to change...

"The included breakfast was excellent. And the pool area was very beautiful and relaxing.
The courtyard area was nice for a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning.
The rooms were definitely Venetian style and were very clean"

"Wir waren 2 Nächte hier, ideal für Venedig. Hatten ein altes Mobilheim XL, war schon sehr abgerockt, aber sauber. Konnte auch bei Check in am späten vormittag sofort bezogen werden. Der Platz bietet einen günstigen Shuttle nach Venedig für € 2.50 pro Person und Fahrt. Jedoch wird einem beim Kauf am Infopoint erzählt, dass man gleich das Rückfahrt- Ticket mit fixem Zeitpunkt kaufen soll. Das Ticket kann man aber auch easy über die hu-app kurzfristig für die Rückfahrt kaufen. Ist auf jeden Fall...

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my first trip to Italy! The staff was absolutely phenomenal and so accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this property to anyone traveling to the area!"
