One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb.
