"It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in.
Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children.
Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…"

"Convenient hotel in Waldhaus Alt St. Johann with a nice terrace, even if a bit dated. Very friendly service. Ask for a room away from the main road for absolute silence at night ;-)"
