"Overall ok"

"The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. "A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "

"All though I dint use the kitchen, I find the environment very calm, clean and private.. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of shade trees round the yard."

"Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby."
