"The Mora is a beautiful property with lots of ameneties like spa, dving center and lots of activities. The pools are really nice as well. We enjoyed our stay there but for us to go back few things would need to improve. The cost to stay there is high so we had a level of expectation that was similar to what we got at all inlcusive high end hotels in Kenya. Unfortinately we were disappointed.

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing. Irene was helpful at check in and tried to get us an upgrade even though the hotel was fully booked. Elai in the main restaurant was amazing everyday as well. Looking forward to coming back"

"Overall the property has a lot of potential. The grounds were quite overgrown and unkempt, and the rooms while tidy, had poor finishing particularly with respect painting, where there was paint all over everything. The timber shutters on the terrace doors were broken, one set didn't close at the bottom. The wifi was very unstable through the property, and could not maintain a connection. "The room was clean, and housekeeping came by every day to clean and replace the towels.
