"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

Lovely towels on a heated towel rail made it a pleasure getting out of the shower. I was kept waiting 45 minutes for breakfast because the chef was not informed I was going to be there .
