"The hotel is well located on the seafront, with a lovely ocean view and direct access to a large mall, with good shopping and food options. The room was clean and nicely furnished, spacious with a very comfy bed and plenty of hot water. The pool is on the 6th floor and is clean and well maintained, however there is no shade, there are umbrella holders, but sadly no umbrellas, lots of guests were looking for shade. "The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation.
However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was).
Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."

"Just a quick one night stay before flying home. The stay was very accommodating with an early dinner order as we had an early morning flight. They also provided us with a breakfast to go and transport to Manado airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely one night stay."
