"This was ok. We had to change our plans last minute so had to book late. This was no fuss. Thank you. Heat pump running all night downstairs was a bit distracting. Neighbour's talking on phone outside until 9.30pm annoying but not your fault. Staff issues so we never actually met anyone from there but that was OK. Extensive renovations going on at the moment (Sept 2026)which was a worry at first but it didn't affect us."
