"The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs. The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect. "The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was terrific. Would stay again. Be advised the heated indoor pool is only open after 2pm. My only disappointment was not being able to swim in the morning, as this was the primary reason I booked this hotel over others. For a fee I was able to use the pool at the larger hotel next door- which was fabulous and had views of the Castle. "
