Hôtel impeccable! Nous y étions que pour dormir et passer un peu de temps dans la piscine. Nous passions nos journées à nous balader.

"The staff are so incredible kind and accommodating. The airport transportation was very convenient and the hotel is not far from Angkor Wat. The restaurant is open for both breakfast and dinner, plus the menu has both local and western options for food."

"My family and I stayed at the Sarai Resort for four nights during our visit to Siem Reap in mid-May. The Sarai Resort was fantastic! "We had an amazing stay at Lotus Blanc hôtel.
Everything was perfect from the check in.
Room are spacious and clean. The large pool is the place you want to be after a long day of temples visiting. Breakfast buffet is solid with lot of choice. And the part the most appreciable is the dedication of all the staff, always smiling, wish you a good day and asking for any support needed. This is what I called luxury level for a reasonable price!

"スタッフの皆様、とてもお優しかったです。
ただ、息子のお誕生日の事を事前にホテルに伝えていたのですが、ベッドの花びらでの飾り付けを私たちが着いてから用意したのかチェックイン時に30分以上ロビーで待たされま した。
しかも花びらの名前が私の名前…。花びらの横にはスタッフのメモが落ちてたり、せっかくのサプライズが台無しでした。
部屋は清潔でしたが、シャワーのお湯が出ない時があったり、水圧が弱かったり、廊下で話す声や上下の部屋のトイレを流す音が聞こえたり、五つ星ホテルでは無く、三つ星ホテルぐらいの感じです。
ただ、場所は繁華街に近く便利な立地ですが、他の人にはこのホテルは勧めないし、もしまたアンコールワットに行く事があってももうこのホテルには泊まらないかな。"
